It’s that magical time of year and a wonderful opportunity to share your love and kindness with the Resort 2 Kindness 2020 Little Give! 

Typically, each year for our Little Give, R2K selects one deserving individual that has inspired us by his or her generosity to make a difference no matter the obstacle. This year, because of the COVID-19 Pandemic, we wanted to do something a little different. 2020 has brought challenges and obstacles to everyone. From frontline workers who are risking their lives to those that have been furloughed and laid off that are facing food insecurity, the COVID-19 pandemic has affected people deeply. So instead of just picking one deserving individual for this year’s Little Give, we wanted to help two groups that are really struggling.

In order to expand our kindness reach, we are proud to announce a partnership with ChoLon Restaurant Concepts, R2K is partnering with ChoLon Restaurant Concepts, a Denver-based group of restaurateurs to hire back its furloughed restaurant employees to make meals that will be donated to Metro Caring, Colorado’s leading frontline anti-hunger organization. This special pairing gives us the unique opportunity to help not one, but two affected communities – the furloughed restaurant team and those hardest hit families who are struggling to make ends meet!

No amount is too small, after all, that’s what the Little Give is all about: giving a Little to impact a lot! The more money we raise, the more workers we’re able to rehire, and the more meals we’re able to donate!
