TURNER SYNDROME BUTTERFLY PARADE 2024 — CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL COLORADO
On September 22nd, R2K proudly joined the Turner Syndrome Butterfly Parade, an event close to the hearts of our founder, Elva Pellouchoud, and her sister, R2K Kindness Ambassador, Mary Pellouchoud. Together, they walked in support of Mary’s granddaughter, Azriel, and all of the other beautiful butterfly girls and families that are part of the Turner Syndrome community.
Turner Syndrome is a rare genetic condition that affects approximately 1 out of 2,000 female births, and this event is part of an effort to raise awareness and funds to support the Turner Syndrome Clinic at Children’s Hospital Colorado. Every other year, the Turner Syndrome community comes together to celebrate their loved ones, meet other families and build support for this vital cause.
R2K is honored to be a sponsor of the Turner Syndrome Butterfly Parade, and all of the work that the organization does to foster a community of love, hope and kindness to all of those involved. To learn more about Turner Syndrome, visit turner-syndrome.org.
